Lemon Squares My mom made the most delicious lemon bars and I had to do a variation of them for my book, Kitchen Gypsy!

Ingredients
- Crust- 1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup or 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, out of the refrigerator 30 minutes
- Filling-
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- Confectioner’s sugar
