Taco Fried Egg Rolls

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 16 egg roll wrappers
• ½ onion, chopped
• 1 can Cilantro Lime Rotel
• ½ can refried black beans
• ½ packet of Taco Seasoning
• 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
• ½ cup whole kernel corn
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tsp chopped cilantro, optional
