Alper Sarikaya — Chipotle Turkey Bean Tacos

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp canola oil
• 1 small onion , finely chopped
• 1 bell peppers , green, seeded and finely chopped
• 1 costco pack ground turkey
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 8 oz tomato sauce
• 5 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce , finely chopped
• 1 15 oz can black beans , rinsed and drained
• 8 whole wheat tortillas
• 1 avocado
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• salt and pepper , to taste
