• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1/4 C cilantro , fresh, chopped
• 12 corn tortillas
• 2 C mexican cheese , shredded
• 1 C yogurt
• 3/4 C cilantro , fresh
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 C + 2 tbsp brine pickled jalapenos , chopped
• 2 tbsp lime juice
