• Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
• 4 corn cobs
• Chili oil
• Lime wedges
• Cos lettuce wedges
• 2 tbsp sea salt flakes
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 1⁄2 tsp ground cloves
