Ingredients

• 1 pkg (13 oz) Eckrich® Smoked Sausage, cut Into 1/4-inch thick coins
• 1 lb rotini pasta
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp kosher salt, to taste
• 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
• 12 oz roasted red peppers (jar), drained and sliced
• 8 oz fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 1/3 cup pitted Kalamata or black olives, halved
• 1/2 small red onion, sliced thin
• 8 pickled pepperoncini , seeded and sliced thin
