Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 head garlic minced
• 1 kilogram crab cleaned and cut into pieces crack and ​ remove most of the shells​
• 1/4 cup Cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon minced ginger​
• 2 stalks scallions cut into 2-inch pieces
• 4 pieces whole dried chili
• 2 tablespoons Chinese Rice Wine
• 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
• 1 sachet 30g MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
