True Lemon & Chicken Soup | True Citrus

Ingredients

• 10 c chicken brother or stock (broth is made with meat, while stock is made with bones)
• 3 tbsp neutral oil (I used sunflower)
• 10 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 carrot - small diced
• 2 stalks celery - small diced
• 1 yellow onion - small diced

• 1 lb chicken (you can use breast or thighs, I used what was left of my rotisserie chicken)
