Ingredients
- 800 g Falukorv
- 200 g (1 pcs) Yellow Onion
- 28 g (2 Tbsp) Olive Oil
- 90 g (6 Tbsp) Tomato Paste
- 300 g (3 dl) Double Cream 40% fat
- 100 g (1 dl) Milk 3% fat
- 8 g (1 Tbsp) Corn Starch
- 11 g (2 tsp) Dijon mustard
- 10 g (1 pcs) Bouillon Cube Beef
- 3 g (0.5 tsp) Salt
- 1/2 g (1 pinch) Black Pepper
- 10 g (5 Tbsp) Chopped Parsley
