Ingredients

• Vegetable oil spray, as necessary
• 40g plain flour
• ½ teaspoon onion granules
• ¼ teaspoon garlic granules
• ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• Sea salt and ground black pepper, as desired
• 70ml milk of choice
• 215g cauliflower, cut into 4cm florets
• 30ml buffalo sauce
• 30g sour cream
• 15g mayonnaise
• 40g blue cheese, crumbled
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp tablespoon chives, finely chopped
