- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp unbleached all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 c beef stock, (we prefer low sodium)
- 2 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp thyme sprigs
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
