Cheesesteak Sliders – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb. boneless sirloin steak (about 2 [3/4"-thick] steaks)
• 5 tablespoons of Fustini's Garlic olive oil, divided
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 medium yellow onion, sliced into half-moons
• 1 large green bell pepper, seeds, and ribs removed, thinly sliced
• 12 mini Hawaiian rolls
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's 18 Year balsamic
• 8 slices American or provolone cheese
