Easy Minestrone Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 pound Italian Sausage (I used the store brand in a chub roll)
• 1/2 onion - diced
• 4 cups water
• 1 teaspoon beef bullion (I use Better Than Base Beef)
• 1 - 14.5 ounce can Italian Stewed Tomatoes with juice
• 1 cup carrots - chopped
• 1 can white beans with juice
• 2 zucchinis - cut in half lengthwise and then sliced into bite-sized pieces
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
• 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
• 2 cups spinach - stacked the leaves and then cut into strips
