Ingredients

• Creamy bacon potato salad
• 1 kg potatoes, peeled and quartered
• 250 grams diced bacon
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp chopped chives
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley
• 1 tbsp dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp sugar or to taste
• 1⁄2 small red onion, finely chopped, chopped 3-4 eggs, boiled and peeled
• Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
