• 2 cups (250 mL) 35 % cream
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) sugar
• 2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) fresh or frozen raspberries
• Cocoa powder or melted chocolate
