• • 4 Ontario Eggs
• • 1/4 cup (50 mL) Ontario Maple Syrup
• • 1 cup (250 mL) brown sugar, not packed
• • Icing sugar
• Filling:
• • 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream
• • 2 to 3 tbsp (25 to 45 mL) Ontario Maple Syrup
• Topping:
• • 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) whipping cream
• Garnishes:
• • Cocoa, shaved chocolate and whole cranberries.
