• 1 can black olives diced
• 0.75 cup onion diced
• 0.5 7.5-oz can Eggplant Progresso Appetizer
• 3 sun dried tomatoes diced
• 2 pepperocini diced
• 1 tbsp garlic minced
• 1 tbsp red pepper olive oil
• 2 tbsp dried mango
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
• 0.25 tsp pepper to taste
• 0.25 tsp sea salt to taste
