Ingredients

• 3 strips bacon, diced and crisped
• 3 chicken thighs, diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 russet potatoes, baked, cut in half, and hollowed out
• ¼ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp dill chopped
• 1 tbsp chives chopped
• 1 tsp black pepper
