• ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1½ cups fat-free cottage cheese
• 2½ cups tomato sauce
• 2 teaspoons dried basil
• 2 teaspoons dried oregano
• ¼ cup chopped onion
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• ½ pound lasagna noodles, cooked
• 1½ cups raw zucchini, sliced thinly and uniformly*
