Roasted Broccolini and Bacon Quiche – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• 1 teaspoon Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
• 1/4 cup ice-cold water
• 3/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
• 1 egg with a few drops of water for brushing
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 2 shallots, thinly sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 bunch of broccolini stalks
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Garlic olive oil
• 6 slices of bacon, chopped
• 3/4 cup chopped potato
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1 1/2 cups grated gruyere
• salt and pepper to taste
