Muffie’s Meatballs are one of my all time favorites. Not just because my mom served it to me as a child but because they are truly delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 lb of Ground beef or Turkey
- 1/2 cup Romano/Parmesan Cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of Milk
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- Fresh Parsley
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 jar of Tomato sauce
