Ingredients

• 1 lbs Chicken, boneless thigh or breast, small diced
• 1/2 lbs Pasta, tubular pasta such as penne or farfalle
• 1 Zucchini, diced to half moons
• 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
• 1/4 Bunch Fresh Herbs, such as parsley or basil, optional, for serving.
• 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
• 1 tsp Garlic, 1-2 cloves, minced
• 1/2 tsp Salt and Black Pepper, half and half
• 1/2 Cup Basil Pesto, to make fresh, check recipe link in notes.
• 1/2 Cup Cream, half and half
• 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
• 1 tbsp Lemon, juice
• 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
• 1/4 Cup Water, use Chicken Stock for more flavor
