Ingredients

• 4 medium baking potatoes, washed
• ½ cup grated cheese
• ½ cup milk
• ¼ cup grated cheese
• ½ green capsicum, deseeded and sliced into small triangles
• ½ red capsicum deseeded and sliced into small triangles
• ½ yellow capsicum, deseeded and sliced into small triangles
• 4 stuffed green olives
• Additional fillings: chopped ham, sun-dried tomatoes, crushed pineapple, chopped gherkins or pitted olives
