Ingredients

• 1 leek, sliced
• 1 broccoli head in florets and chopped stem
• 1 large baking potato, peeled and cut into squares
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 eating apple finely chopped
• 1 litre veggie stock or other bone broth
• 100ml coconut cream
• Oil for frying
