Ingredients: SPAR Chicken and Vegetable Instant Soup; 250g Mixed Vegetable of your choice, frozen or Fresh (brocolli, cauliflower, carrots etc); 1 Cup ProBrands Thai Rice; Tin of Colcom Picnic Ham; Heat the soup in a saucepan, stirring often. Stir in the vegetable, rice and ham. Spoon in ham mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.; Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.; Serve hot
