Mozzarella -Stuffed Meatballs – Stoneridge Foods

Ingredients

• egg, lightly beaten
• 1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons of oil
• 1 Tablespoon Italian Bread Dipping Blend
• 1-1/2 cups cubed bread
• 2 Tablespoons minced parsley
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 LB. ground pork
• 1/2 LB. ground sirloin
• 3 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
• marinara or your favorite pasta sauce
