Ingredients

• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 3 oz fresh mozzarella (torn into 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch chunks)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Pasta Sauce of choice
