• 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
• 4 cups water
• 1½ cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
• 1 cup sodium-free chicken stock
• 2 celery stalks, chopped
• 1 carrot, peeled and diced
• ½ cup dried alphabet noodles
• Black pepper, freshly grounded, to taste
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
