- 75 g sugar
- 610 g milk 3,5%
- 100 g cream 30%
- 120 g nut nougat ice cream paste from Movito
- pinch of salt
- OPTIONAL 8g Perfecto-Cremosa
- Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
- 200-250 g BacioVariegato
- without ice paste
- 60 gr Eis-Perfecto
- 90 g sugar
- 20 g of cocoa
- 20 g chocolate 70-72%
- 615 milk 3,5%
