• 2 cups raisins
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 teaspoons Baking powder
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup shortening
• 1 orange grated rind
• 1 1/2 cup orange juice
• 2 Eggs beaten
