• 2/3 cup (160 mL) 35 % cream
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
• 3 eggs beaten
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) butterscotch chips
• Chocolate Cake Base
• 2 cups (500 mL) crumbled chocolate chip cookies
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) melted butter
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) icing sugar
• Caramel Sauce
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) butter
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) water
