Ingredients
- 600g chicken breast fillets
- 2 large onions (sliced)
- 800g (2 tins) chopped tomatoes
- 1 green pepper - diced
- 15 mushrooms (approx) - diced
- 4 tsp tomato puree
- Cooked spaghetti for 4
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled and crushed)
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 150ml chicken stock
