Spicy sautéed reindeer salad - Lapin Liha

Ingredients

• 200g Lapin Liha’s sautéed reindeer
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 chili pod
• 2 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
• 1 tbsp chopped chives
• 1 tsp cane sugar
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 dl peanut or sesame oil
• green salad
• 1/2 dl roughly chopped hazelnuts
