- 450 g Caster Sugar
- 3 Medium Eggs
- 200 g Unsalted butter (At room temperature)
- 300 g Icing Sugar (sifted)
- 4 Dr. Oetker Fine Dark Cocoa Powder (90g)
- about 6 ml Dr. Oetker Madagascan Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
- tbsp Fresh cream (1 tbsp)
