French Onion Pasta Salad - foodsofjane

Ingredients

• 2 onions, I used white onions
• 3 tbsp evoo
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2-3 garlic cloves
• 3/4 lb farfalle pasta (a little more than half a standard sized box)
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup mayo
• 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
• 1 tbsp chopped chives
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
