- 170 g vanilla biscuits
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 900 g full-fat creem cheese ((I used Philadelphia))
- 90 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon conrstach
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 45 g sour cream
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
- 64 g sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstach
