• 2 Tablespoons of sugar
• 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 12 Tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1 cup + 2 Tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 4 large egg whites
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and coarsely chopped (and more for garnish)
• 2 (8 ounce) packets of cream cheese (16 ounces total)
• 2 sticks of unsalted butter (16 Tablespoons)
• 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
