• 1/2 cup of whiskey
• 1/4 cup of brown sugar
• 1/4 cup of organic ketchup
• 4-5 garlic cloves – crushed
• 2 dried bay leaves
• 2 teaspoons of salt
• Fresh black pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup of beef stock
