• 200g Shredded White & Red Cheddar Cheese
• ½ Cup Corn (Thawed or canned)
• 2 Stalk of Chinese Parsley
• 300g Minced Beef
• 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 2-3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
• ½ Brown Onion, Diced
• ½ Red Bell Pepper, Diced
• 2 Tbsp Hunt Tomato Paste
• 50-60ml Water
• Mexican Spice Mix: Oregano, Paprika, Cumin, Cayenne, Salt, Black Pepper
• 1 Large Avocado
• 3 Tbsp Sour Cream
• 1 Clove Garlic
• Juice of ½ Lemon
• 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 3-4 Stalk Chinese Parsley
