Ingredients

• 6 teaspoons vinegar
• ½ lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 70 ml olive oil
• salt
• freshly ground black pepper
• 2 beetroots
• 3 potatoes
• 3 carrots
• 1 onion
• 200 g fresh or frozen peas
• 3 fermented cucumbers
• 3–4 sprig dill
