- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Heaped teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Bicarb
- Add 2 teaspoon full Vanilla essence
- ¾ cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Robertsons Mixed Spice
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon Ginger powder(Optional)
- +- handful of finely chopped EACH Cashew nuts, Pecans, almonds, sultanas, raisins
- Add the beaten egg mixture to this cool
- Sprinkle Red cherries and flaked almonds in top
- 180* for +-1 Hour
- Allow to cool
