Custard apple is one of my favorite fruits. In this cake it takes advantage and it shows off its flavor.
Ingredients
- 700 g of Exotic Fruit Box Custard apple
- 175 g of sugar
- 450 g of cream cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- Oil or butter to grease the mold
