- 1 teaspoon potato starch or cornstarch
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 8 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons potato starch, or cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon confectioner's or granulated sugar, sifted
