Ingredients

• 3 cups of all purpose flour (or self rising flour)
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder (omit if using self rising flour)
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda (omit if using self rising flour)
• 1 tablespoon of kosher salt
• 1/3 cup of Kerry Gold unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup of Stone Levitation Ale
• 1/3 cup of sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup of buttermilk
