• 1 tbsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 2 cups raspberries
• 1 ½ cups chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips
• Glaze
• 2 cups icing sugar
• 1/3 cup milk
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 or 2 drops of pink food colouring (optional)
