• 3 cups Robin Hood ® Best for Cake & Pastry Flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup Carnation ® Evaporated Milk, any type
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• Lemon Filling:
• 1 can Eagle Brand ® Sweetened Condensed Milk
• Raspberry Lemonade Icing:
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup Smuckers ® Seedless Raspberry Jam
• 3-4 cups icing sugar
• 1/4 cup Carnation ® Evaporated Milk, any type
• 1 tbsp lemon zest, optional
• Sprinkles, raspberries for garnish
