• 4 tsp Cattleman’s Grill 8 Second Ride Carne Asada Seasoning
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 4 biscuits
• 1 lb breakfast sausage
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
