Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
• 1/2 pound Chorizo, casing removed
• 1/4 cup Sutter Home Zinfandel
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups peeled, diced fresh tomatoes
• 1/2 cup diced white onion
• 2 tablespoon finely diced seeded jalapeno pepper
• 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
• 1 tablespoon Colavita Olive Oil
• Juice of 1/2 lime
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup ripe California Avocado, mashed
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
