- 480 grams packet un-iced chocolate butter cake
- 800 grams fresh ricotta
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 80 grams dark eating chocolate, coarsely grated
- 3 teaspoons powdered drinking chocolate
- 3 medium oranges, peeled, thinly sliced, to serve
