Hoagies (bread machine) Recipe | Samsung Food App
These hoagies are a great sandwich roll. Perfectly salted, soft and chewy. I used my bread machine on the dough setting then baked in the oven.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp sugar or brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3.5 cups Canadian all purpose flour, or bread flour
- 2-1/4 tsp bread machine yeast
- Egg for egg wash (optional)
